Date of Meeting: November 3, 1999. Place: Federal Emergency Management Agency, 500 C Street, S.W., Room 345, Washington, D.C. 20472. Time: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon. Proposed Agenda: Review initiatives for FY2000. Status: This meeting is open to the public.
