Sunshine Act Meeting

TIME AND DATE: The Committee on Provision for the Delivery of Legal 
Services of the Legal Services Corporation Board of Directors will meet 
on April 16, 1999. The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue 
until the Committee concludes its agenda.

LOCATION: Hilton Hotel, 5000 Seminary Road, Alexandria, Virginia 22311.

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:
    1. Approval of agenda.

    3. Report by the Corporation's Office of Program Performance on the 
state planning process.
    4. Consider and act on other business.
