Correction

    In notice document 99-25532 appearing on page 53366 in the issue of 
Friday, October 1, 1999, make the following correction:
    In the first column, under SUMMARY, in the first paragraph, in the 
seventh line ``Social Secretary of the Army'' should read ``Secretary 
of the Army''.
