Correction

    In notice document 99-31557 beginning on page 68089 in the issue of 
Monday, December 6, 1999, make the following correction:
    On page 68090, in the third column, beginning in the eighth line, 
in paragraph (3), ``improvement of'' should read ``improvement of the 
highway corridor and development of''.
