Correction

    In rule document 98-22728 beginning on page 45592 in the issue of 
Wednesday, August 26, 1998, make the following corrections:

PART 440--[CORRECTED]

    1. On page 45619, third column, in the table of contents for Part 
440, in the title for Appendix B to Part 440, ``Assignment'' should 
read ``Agreement''.


Sec. 440.7  [Corrected]

    2. On page 45620, third column, Sec. 440.7 (c), seventh line, 
``Appendix I'' should read ``Appendix A''.

Appendix B to Part 440--[Corrected]

    3. On page 45625, third column, under ``DEPARTMENT OF
