Correction

    In notice document 98-30621, beginning on page 63916, in the issue 
of Tuesday, November 17, 1998, make the following correction:
    On page 63917, in the first column, in the fourth line, under the 
heading DATES:, ``December 1998 (800 am to 1600 pm) '' should read 
``December 3, 1998 (800 am to 1600 pm) ''.
