Correction

    In rule document 98-30585, beginning on page 63601, in the issue of 
Monday, November 16, 1998, make the following correction:

    On page 63602, in the second column, in Sec. 71.1, the airspace 
designation is corrected to read as set forth below:

    That airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface
