The Departmnet's Notice of Determination was published in the Federal Register on June 6, 2014 (79 FR 32328). At the request of a State Workforce Official, the Department reviewed the certification for workers of the subject firm. The workers were engaged in the production of aircraft. The investigation confirmed that workers leased from Aerospace Logistic Services were employed on-site at Textron, Inc., formerly known as Beechcraft Corporation, Wichita, Kansas. The Department has determined that these workers were sufficiently under the control of the subject firm to be considered leased workers. Based on these findings, the Department is amending this certification to include workers leased [[Page 10520]] from Aerospace Logistic Services, working on-site at the Wichita, Kansas location of Textron, Inc.
