Atoka, Bryan, Cleveland, Grady, McClain, and Pittsburg Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance). Cotton, Haskell, Hughes, Johnston, Latimer, Okfuskee, Pontotoc, Seminole, Stephens, and Tillman Counties for Public Assistance.
