ACTION: Public land order. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: This order extends the duration of the withdrawal created by Public Land Order No. 7174 for an additional 20-year period, which would otherwise expire on November 27, 2015. This extension is necessary for continued protection of the investment of Federal funds and recreational values of the United States Forest Service Pactola Visitor Information Center, Pactola Marina North, and Pactola Marina South within the Black Hills National Forest, South Dakota. DATES: Effective date: November 28, 2015. This withdrawal will expire on November 27, 2035, unless, as a result of a review conducted prior to the expiration date pursuant to Section 204(f) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C. 1714(f), the Secretary determines that the withdrawal shall be further extended.
