ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Oklahoma (FEMA-4222-DR), dated May 26, 2015, and 
related determinations.

DATES: Effective date: July 2, 2015.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Oklahoma is hereby amended to include the following 
areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by 
the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration 
of May 26, 2015.

    Mayes and Tulsa Counties for Individual Assistance.
    Carter, Jefferson, Latimer, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Pushmataha, and 
Stephens Counties for Individual Assistance (already designated for 
Public Assistance).

    (The following Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Numbers 
(CFDA) are to be used for reporting and drawing funds: 97.030,
