disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of New Jersey (FEMA-
4231-DR), dated 07/22/2015.
    Incident: Severe storm.
    Incident Period: 06/23/2015.
    Effective Date: 07/22/2015.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/21/2015.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/22/2016.

    The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected 
by the disaster:
