SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that Leslie Cornick, Ph.D., Alaska 
Pacific University, 4101 University Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508 has 
withdrawn her application for a permit to conduct research on northern 
fur seals (Callorhinus ursinus).
