SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for the State of Kentucky (FEMA--4239--DR), dated 08/12/
2015.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, Flooding, 
Landslides, and Mudslides.
    Incident Period: 07/11/2015 through 07/20/2015.
    Effective Date: 08/28/2015.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/12/2015.
    EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/12/2016.

the disaster:

Primary Counties: (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): 
Breathitt, Fleming, Perry.
Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):
    Kentucky: Clay, Harlan, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Mason, 
Nicholas,Owsley, Robertson, Wolfe.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
