SUMMARY: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Research 
and Development (ORD), hereby provides notice that the Board of 
Scientific Counselors (BOSC) Sustainable and Healthy Communities (SHC) 
Subcommittee will host a public teleconference meeting on Wednesday, 
November 4, 2015, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time. 
Deliberations will focus on a draft report summarizing the SHC 
Subcommittee findings and recommendations from its September 2015 
meeting. Documents from the September meeting are available for viewing

    There will be a public comment period from 11:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
