Open session: 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.; closed session: 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. Subject Matter: Open meeting subjects: Chairman's remarks; approval of the 2014 Annual Portfolio Review; and discussion of SCF role, processes and charge. Closed meeting subject: Review of May/June and July/August 2015 large facilities status reports. Status: Partly open, partly closed. This meeting will be held by teleconference. A public listening line will be available for the open portion of the meeting.
