Carolina (FEMA-4241-DR), dated 10/15/2015.
    Incident: Severe storms and flooding.
    Incident Period: 10/01/2015 through 10/23/2015.
    Effective Date: 10/23/2015.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/14/2015.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/14/2016.

period for this disaster as beginning 10/01/2015 and continuing through 
10/23/2015.

unchanged.
