    k. Description of Request: The applicant proposes to surrender the 
license and remove all project works inside the powerhouse and 
disconnect the electrical connection to the utility company. There 
would be no work involving ground disturbance and the equipment 
required to control the level of the lake would remain in place, along 
with all public safety features. The applicant has consulted with the 
relevant stakeholders and federal, state, and local agencies, all of 
which support the decommissioning of the project.
