SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
Territory of American Samoa (FEMA-4192-DR), dated September 10, 2014, 
and related determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: November 24, 2015.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that special cost 
sharing arrangements are warranted regarding Federal funds provided 
under the authority of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and 
Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121-5206 (Stafford Act). 
Therefore, consistent with 48 U.S.C. 1469a(d), pertaining to insular 
areas, and the President's declaration letter dated September 10, 2014, 
Federal funds for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program are authorized at 
100 percent of total eligible costs for the Territory of American 
Samoa. This cost share is effective as of the date of the President's 
major disaster declaration.
