Information Collection Request Title: Positive Adolescent Futures (PAF) Implementation Study Abstract: The Office of Adolescent Health (OAH), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is requesting approval by OMB on a new collection. The Positive Adolescent Futures (PAF) Study will provide information about program design, implementation, and impacts through a rigorous assessment of program impacts and implementation. This proposed information collection request includes instruments related to the in-depth implementation study that complements the impact study. The data collected from these instruments will provide a detailed understanding of program implementation. Need and Proposed Use of the Information: The data will serve two main purposes. First, the information will enable the study team to produce clear, detailed descriptions of each intervention that is evaluated and the counterfactual in each site. This documentation is critical for understanding the meaning of impact estimates. Second, the data will be used to assess fidelity of implementation and the quality of program delivery. This information is essential for determining whether the interventions were implemented well and whether the evaluation provided a good test of each site's intervention. Likely Respondents: The 105 program administrators and case managers and 200 youth participants in 3 impact study sites. The total annual burden hours estimated for this ICR are summarized in the table below.
