Federal Acquisition Regulation; Technical Amendment

AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration 
(GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document makes an amendment to the Federal Acquisition 
Regulation (FAR) in order to make an editorial change.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In order to update certain elements in 48 
CFR parts 4, 22, 25, 36, and 52 this document makes editorial changes 
to the FAR.

Federal law within the preceding 24 months, where the awarding

suspension or debarment of the corporation and made a determination 
that this action is not necessary to protect the interests of the 
Government.
