A staff engineering analysis indicates that Channel 285C3 can be allotted to Maryville consistent with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Commission's rules without a site restriction. The reference coordinates are 40-22-33 NL and 94-51- 25 WL. DATES: Comments must be filed on or before May 2, 2016, and reply comments on or before May 17, 2016.
