Louisiana; Amendment No. 7 to Notice of a Major Disaster 
Declaration

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Louisiana (FEMA-4263-DR), dated March 13, 2016, and 
related determinations.

DATES: Effective April 20, 2016.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Louisiana is hereby amended to include the following 
areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by 
the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration 
of March 13, 2016.

    Lafourche Parish for Public Assistance, including direct federal 
assistance. Allen, Ascension, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Bienville, 
Bossier, Caddo, Calcasieu, Caldwell, Catahoula, Claiborne, De Soto, 
East Carroll, Franklin, Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, 
Livingston, Madison, Morehouse, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Rapides, Red 
River, Richland, Sabine, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Union, 
Vernon, Washington, Webster, West Carroll, and Winn Parishes for 
Public Assistance [Categories C-G] (already designated for 
Individual Assistance and assistance for debris removal and 
emergency protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct 
federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program).
    The following Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Numbers 
(CFDA) are to be used for reporting and drawing funds: 97.030,
