(Universal). The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015. The silicomanganese subject to the order is currently classifiable under subheading 7202.30.0000 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS). The HTSUS subheading is provided for convenience and customs purposes. Preliminary Determination of No Shipments Based on information Universal submitted after the initiation of this administrative review, and due to the fact that we have not received any information from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) indicating that Universal had entries during the POR, the Department has preliminarily determined that the record evidence indicates that Universal had no reviewable entries during the POR.
