DesertLink, LLC; Notice of Petition for Declaratory Order

    Take notice that on May 11, 2016, pursuant to section 219 of the 
Federal Power Act,\1\ Rule 207 of the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure,\2\ Order No. 
679,\3\ and the Commission's November 15, 2012 policy statement on 
transmission incentives,\4\ DesertLink, LLC, (DesertLink or 
Petitioner), filed a petition for a declaratory order requesting the 
Commission authorize specific rate incentives and treatments for 
DesertLink's Harry Allen to Eldorado 500 kV Transmission Project, all 
as more fully explained in the petition.
