licensing.

    k. Description of Request: The Ware River Project consists of an 
Upper and Lower development. The applicant proposes to replace the 
lower development's single 250-kilowatt (kW) turbine with a 280-kW 
turbine and install a new 110-kW minimum flow turbine. The lower 
development's installed capacity would increase by 140 kW and the 
hydraulic capacity would increase by 94 cubic feet per second. In 
addition, the applicant proposes replace the lower development's 
existing 30-foot-wide by 10-foot-deep trashrack structure with a new 
50-foot-wide by 10-foot deep trashrack structure. The new trashrack 
would maintain the current 1.5-inch spacing between the trashrack bars. 
To facilitate the trashrack replacement the applicant proposes to draw 
down the 10-acre lower development's impoundment from June 2016 through 
September 2016.
