ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on April 11, 2016, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Daimler AG of Stuttgart, Germany. Supplements to the Complaint were filed on April 28, 2016 and April 29, 2016. On May 2, 2016, the Commission voted on Complainant's request to postpone the determination on whether to institute an investigation based on the Complaint, which was approved by the Commission. See EDIS Doc. ID 580171 (May 3, 2016). Complainant further supplemented the Complaint on May 18, 2016.
