SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended, 
notice is hereby given that 1 meeting of the Arts Advisory Panel to the 
National Council on the Arts will be held by teleconference.

DATES: All meetings are Eastern time and ending times are approximate:
    Design (review of applications): This meeting will be closed.
    Date and time: July 18, 2016; 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Chairman of February 15, 2012, these sessions will be closed to the 
public pursuant to subsection (c)(6) of section 552b of title 5, United 
States Code.
