declaration for the State of Florida, dated 06/23/2016.
    Incident: Violent Attack and Related Investigation.
    Incident Period: 06/12/2016 and continuing.
    Effective Date: 06/23/2016.
    EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/23/2017.
