The Committee meetings will be held via conference call on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, and Thursday, July 28. The meeting is open to the public and is accessible to individuals with disabilities. Pursuant to 41 CFR 102-3.150, notice for the July 26, 2016, meeting is being published fewer than 15 calendar days prior to the meeting as exceptional circumstances exist.
