SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) 
declaration for the State of California, dated 07/13/2016.
    Incident: Moraga Sinkhole.
    Incident Period: 03/13/2016 and continuing.

DATES: Effective Date: 07/13/2016.
    EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/13/2017.
