disaster for the State of North Carolina dated 07/26/2016.
    Incident: High Winds, Flooding and Severe Storms.
    Incident Period: 07/16/2016.

DATES: Effective Date: 07/26/2016.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/26/2016.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/26/2017.
