AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of 
Transportation (DOT).

ACTION: NINETY-SIXTH MEETING Special Committee 159 Global Positioning 
System.

SUMMARY: The FAA is issuing this notice to advise the public of a 
meeting of NINETY-SIXTH MEETING Special Committee 159 Global 
Positioning System.

DATES: The meeting will be held October 14-21, 2016, 09:00 a.m.-5:00 
p.m. (unless stated otherwise)
