    Take notice that on January 27, 2016, pursuant to sections 206, 306 
and 309 of the Federal Power Act \1\ and Rule 206 of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 
18 CFR 385.206 (2015), the Electric Power Supply Association, the 
Retail Energy Supply Association, Dynegy Inc., Eastern Generation, LLC, 
NRG Power Marketing LLC and GenOn Energy Management, LLC (Complainants) 
filed a formal complaint against FirstEnergy Corporation's 
subsidiaries, FirstEnergy Solutions Corporation, Ohio Edison Company, 
The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and The Toledo Edison 
Company (Respondents), alleging that an abusive affiliate power sales 
contract involving subsidiaries of FirstEnergy Corporation may evade 
Commission review, all as more fully explained in the complaint.
