    Docket No.: FAA-2016-5847.
    Petitioner: Fusion Flight, LLC.
    Sections of 14 CFR Affected: 61.113, 91.151, 91.119, and 91.12.

to operate an unmanned and autonomous aircraft that ascends, powered by
a jet engine, on a ballistic trajectory up to 16.2 km (53,150 ft) AGL
