SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Spiny Dogfish 
Monitoring Committee will hold a public meeting.

DATES: The meeting will be held Friday, September 16, 2016, from 9 a.m. 
to 11 a.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The MAFMC's Spiny Dogfish Monitoring 
Committee will hold a public meeting to review 2017 specifications and 
management measures and make any appropriate recommendations. Spiny 
dogfish is in multi-year specifications for 2016-18 but the 
specifications are reviewed annually. Public comment will be taken.

    The meeting is physically accessible to people with disabilities.
