SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the 
U.S. International Trade Commission on August 12, 2016, under section 
337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of 
Aker BioMarine Antarctic AS of Norway and Aker BioMarine Manufacturing, 
LLC of Houston, Texas. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 
based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for 
importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of 
certain krill oil products and krill meal for production of krill oil 
products by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 
9,028,877 (``the '877 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 9,078,905 (``the '905

the '877 patent; claims 1-4, 6-7, 9-11, 12, and 15-19 of the '905 
patent; claims 1, 7, and 11-13 of the '752 patent; claims 1-5, 7, 9-12, 
14-15, 19-21, 23, 25-29, 31, 33-36, 38-39, 43-45, and 47 of the '765 
patent; and claims 1, 5-10, 12, 14-17, 19-20, 24-26, 28, 30-32, 33-36, 
39-43, 46-49, 51-52, 56-58, and 60 of the '453 patent, and whether an 
industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) 
of section 337;
