    Pursuant to section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as 
amended (5 U.S.C. App.), notice is hereby given of meetings of the 
Board of Scientific Counselors for Basic Sciences, National Cancer 
Institute and the Board of Scientific Counselors for Clinical Sciences 
and Epidemiology, National Cancer Institute.
