major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of FLORIDA 
(FEMA-4280-DR), dated 09/28/2016.
    Incident: Hurricane Hermine.
    Incident Period: 08/31/2016 through 09/11/2016.
    Effective Date: 09/30/2016.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/28/2016.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/28/2017.

declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of 
Florida, dated 09/28/2016, is hereby amended to include the following 
areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

Primary Counties: Alachua, Baker, Gilchrist, Manatee, Marion, Sarasota, 
Sumter, Union.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
