In calling the meeting, the Board determined, on motion of Director Thomas J. Curry (Comptroller of the Currency), seconded by Director Richard Cordray (Director, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), concurred in by Vice Chairman Thomas M. Hoenig and Chairman Martin J.
