SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for the State of Louisiana (FEMA-4277-DR), dated 08/14/
2016.
    Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
    Incident Period: 08/11/2016 through 08/31/2016.

EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/13/2016.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/14/2016.
    EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/15/2017.

damages as a result of this disaster to 11/14/2016.
    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
