Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a planning meeting of the Montana Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene at 11:00 a.m. (MDT) on Thursday, November 10, 2016, via teleconference. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a 
planning meeting of the Montana Advisory Committee to the Commission 
will convene at 11:00 a.m. (MDT) on Thursday, November 10, 2016, via 
teleconference. The purpose of the planning meeting is for the Advisory 
Committee to discuss the transcript and plan next steps regarding the 
briefing meeting on Border Town Discrimination Against Native Americans 
in Billings held on August 29, 2016.
