2016.
    Incident: Hurricane Matthew.
    Incident Period: 10/04/2016 and continuing.

    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/13/2016.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/12/2017.
