SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Public 
Law 92-463), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration 
announces a meeting of the Institutional Committee of the NASA Advisory 
Council (NAC). This committee reports to the NAC.

DATES: Wednesday, March 16, 2016, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Local Time; and 
Thursday, March 17, 2016, 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Local Time.
