SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Florida (FEMA-4283-DR), dated October 8, 2016, and 
related determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: October 19, 2016.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Florida is hereby amended to include the following 
areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by 
the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration 
of October 8, 2016.

(already designated for assistance for debris removal and emergency 
protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct federal 
assistance, under the Public Assistance program).
    Putnam County for assistance for debris removal and emergency

assistance, under the Public Assistance program (already designated 
for Individual Assistance).
