AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for 
the State of Florida (FEMA-3377-EM), dated October 6, 2016, and related 
determinations.

DATES: Effective October 19, 2016.
