additions to the Provisions are specified at 40 CFR part 60, subpart
TTT. Owners or operators of the affected facilities must make an
initial notification report, performance tests, periodic reports, and
maintain records of the occurrence and duration of any startup,
shutdown, or malfunction in the operation of an affected facility, or
any period during which the monitoring system is inoperative. Reports

    Form Numbers: None.
Respondents/affected entities: Facilities that perform industrial
surface coating on plastic parts for business machines.

[[Page 8065]]

Respondent's obligation to respond: Mandatory (40 CFR part 60,
subpart TTT).
Estimated number of respondents: 10 (total).
Frequency of response: Initially, quarterly and semiannually.
Total estimated burden: 992 hours (per year). Burden is defined at
5 CFR 1320.3(b).
Total estimated cost: $99,700 (per year). There are no annualized
capital/startup and/or operation & maintenance costs.
Changes in the Estimates: There is an adjustment increase in the
respondent burden from the most recently approved ICR. The increase in
respondent labor hour is caused by a change in assumption; in this ICR,
we assume all existing sources will take some time each year to re-
familiarize themselves with the rule requirements.

Acting Director, Collection Strategies Division.
