major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Kansas 
(FEMA--4287--DR), dated 10/20/2016.
    Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
    Incident Period: 09/02/2016 through 09/12/2016.

Effective Date:  11/15/2016.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/19/2016.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/20/2017.

    Primary Counties: PHILLIPS.
    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
