SUMMARY: This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief 
from specified requirements of Title 14 of the Code of Federal 
Regulations. The purpose of this notice is to improve the public's

    Description of Relief Sought: The petitioner requests to amend 
Exemption No. 11062B to conduct UAS commercial operations using 
augmented visual line of sight operations with a two-person pilot 
system; using multiple controllers, one pilot maintains visual line of 
sight and the other manipulates the aircraft using first person 
viewing. The petitioner also requests nighttime operations, use of 
aircraft over 55 pounds (the Astraeus Aerial V.4CS), and operations 
over people.
