SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a 
meeting of the Nevada Advisory Committee (Committee) to the Commission 
will be held at 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) Thursday, December 8, 2016, 
for the purpose discussing a project proposal on the civil rights 
issues regarding municipal fees and policing practices in Nevada.
    Date: The meeting will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016, at 
1:00 p.m. PST.
